In the fall of 2012 and 2013, I led a team that planned and executed 1,500-person after-party for Macy’s Passport Presents Glamorama, a fashion and music extravaganza that benefiting AIDS Project Los Angeles. In that role, i oversaw catering, decor, facilities, and the $180K budget.
Innovations that I brought to the event included partnering with a new marketing agency to appeal to a broader customer base, negotiating with the event venue to expanding the party space, expanding the party space, and hiring the award-winning The Bazaar by Jose Andrés as the after party caterer.
